Color Codex · DL-005 · DL-014
The nine lights.
Not Red / Cyan / Yellow. Not four marketing colours. The spectrum of the first spark — one slice per Radiant Number, 1 through 9. Your light does not change.
Clockwise from the top: Radiant 1. Masters are not a slice — they wear their reduced light, tinted. Amber is not on this wheel.

The masters
A master number is more of a number, not a different colour. 11 is 2 amplified, 22 is 4 amplified, 33 is 6 amplified. A master Radiant reduces for its light and wears that light pulled toward white — Moonsilvered — with the master ring on the pattern. Bright is who you are. Tint is the master. Shade is debt.

Shade is debt.
Knots and breaks render in shade: ash in the line modes, a gap of void inside the light in Aura. They used to render in amber, but amber is a tier colour — it is Gold Vein's lead and sits in Ember's palette — so on those souls a debt could not be seen. Shade belongs to no tier. It is the only foreign mark in a pattern — carried, not what the soul is. One mark per debt. Release is the work.
A master on the Road or the Vessel carries light too: a Moonsilver halo around the spark, or the two extra rings worn Moonsilver. The Radiant tint rule is unchanged.
